What do you get when a bunch of WNBA and NBA players curate their playlists together in collaboration with one of the nation’s leading media companies?

An entire radio station with said curated playlists with basketball having returned.

Sirius XM’s Pandora announced the launch of Uninterrupted Radio, a collaboration between Sirius XM and Uninterrupted (LeBron James and Maverick Carter).

The Uninterrupted Radio channel features playlists from notable stars in both leagues – including the W’s A’ja Wilson and Angel McCoughtry (Las Vegas Aces) as well as Skylar Diggins-Smith (Phoenix). In addition, listeners can also check out playlists from LeBron James, Kyle Kuzma, Trae Young, Lonzo Ball, Draymond Green and Tobias Harris.

Uninterrupted Radio includes three modes of music – Tip-Off Mode which includes more upbeat tracks, Postgame Mode which includes more chill vibes and Vet Mode featuring throwbacks.

Sirius XM’s primary Hip-Hop channel, The Heat, will also include Uninterrupted Radio playlists.

We started this partnership with Sirius XM to continue finding new and innovative ways to connect fans and athletes through the power of music. Uninterrupted’s mission is to empower our community. We are really excited to create a new platform on Pandora to empower fans athletes through the universal, eternal connection between sports and music.

–Maverick Carter, CEO, The SpringHill Company

With live sports returning, Uninterrupted Radio on Pandora will give fans an even deeper way to experience the game they love by capturing the essential connection between music and sports.

Uninterrupted and Sirius XM (Pandora) are no strangers to collaborating on playlists with WNBA playlists. In 2019, they linked up to feature curations from Chiney Ogwumike, Chelsea Gray and Monique Billings among many others from the sports realm.
