The year 2016 was certainly a banner year for the Seattle Storm’s Breanna Stewart. Fans across the WNBA now have a chance to add one more honor to her year by voting for her to be Sportsperson of the Year for 2016.

And to say that she has a case is beyond an understatement. She won another national championship for UConn under head coach Geno Auriemma, then was the number one overall draft pick in this year’s WNBA Draft to the Storm, and also was named the league’s Rookie of the Year.

Oh, we also forgot to mention that she won an Olympic gold medal at the Rio Games in her first Olympics. Not to mention the speech she gave at the ESPYs in support of equal treatment of women in sports in the media after winning Best Female Athlete.

Nominees for SI’s Sportsperson of the Year for 2016 also include Katie Ledecky, Simone Biles, Michael Phelps, LeBron James, Steph Curry, Usain Bolt, and the Chicago Cubs.
