The Encino home that listed the Los Angeles Sparks’ Candace Parker and Shelden Williams is officially off the market, according to a report out of the Los Angeles Times.

The upscale pad sold for $3.75 million, reportedly $650,000 under than the original asking price.

The Multiple Listing Service has an agent from Pacific Palisades-based Amalfi Estates as the owner and the buyer as someone from Century 21 Realty Masters.

The home, 4570 Charmion Lane in Encino, was originally put on the market in July for nearly $4.5 million. It is located in the region south of Ventura Boulevard.
