It is nothing new to hear about WNBA players signing deals with modeling agencies. It is, however, unique for a WNBA player to sign a deal with a modeling agency with an esports element.
Ford Models, which has offices in the international fashion hubs of New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Paris and Sao Paulo has an esports division. When Powers is not shining on the court with the Washington Mystics, she partakes in her gaming interests – including her own Twitch channel.

Powers and Ford Models announced that the two have come together for a deal where she has been signed to the agency’s esports division.
She also recently joined the Global Esports Federation and announced an all-woman NBA 2K20 Tournament.
