It is hard to believe that 2016 is almost over and 2017 is almost here. At this rate, 2018 will be here before we know it (checks watch and calendar already….)

One thing that is common with the start of every new year are new year’s resolutions. A common one is to lose weight/become a healthier person.

If so, this fitness video the Seattle Storm’s resident Gold Mamba, Jewell Loyd, did for the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, will help plenty!

The organization, which was founded by the American Heart Association and the Clinton Foundation, describes itself as a “catalyst for children’s health” and that it works with various types of people and organizations to make a difference in kids’ lives.

In the past, the organization has received support from other high-profile individuals, including Bonnie Bernstein, Jillian Michaels, and Al Horford.
