We are all knotted up at one game apiece in the WNBA Finals as the Minnesota Lynx responded to their Game 1 loss to the Los Angeles Sparks with a 79-60 victory to even up the series at one game apiece.

A combined 58 of those 79 points came from Maya Moore (21 plus 12 rebounds), Seimone Augustus (14), Sylvia Fowles (13 plus 15 rebounds) and Rebekkah Brunson (10).

As for the Sparks, they got a double-double from Nneka Ogwumike (14 points, 12 rebounds) and 13 via Alana Beard. In addition, Candace Parker, similar to the previous losses Los Angeles had against the Lynx earlier in the season, shot only three of 12 from the field and only finished with six points.

It is also the first time that these two teams have met between regular season and playoffs that the home team came out victorious.

Game 3 will be Friday at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT as the series shifts to Los Angeles. Game 3 will be at the Galen Center on the campus of the University of Southern California since the NHL’s LA Kings are playing at the Staples Center that same day.
