Being named to Forbes Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list is a huge honor and the 2017 class includes not only one but two of the WNBA’s marquee players.

The Chicago Sky’s Elena Delle Donne and the Los Angeles Sparks’ Nneka Ogwumike both made Forbes’ list. Ogwumike was named the league’s MVP for last year and was an important piece in the Sparks capturing its first WNBA title since 2002. Delle Donne is a former league MVP and was part of the USA Basketball Women’s National Team that claimed its sixth consecutive Olympic gold medal.

Other notables from the realm of sports that made the cut include Sydney Leroux, Simone Biles, Odell Beckham, Jr., Draymond Green, Kyrie Irving, and Katie Nolan.

The Forbes website claims that it is more difficult to get on a 30 Under 30 list than it is to get accepted to Harvard or Stanford, so making the cut with Forbes is no easy task! Congratulations to Ogwumike, EDD, and the rest of the 2017 class!
