On Wednesday, it was announced that the Atlanta Dream had traded forward Reshanda Gray to the Connecticut Sun in exchange for center Aneika Henry-Morello.

Gray was selected by the Minnesota Lynx as the 16th overall pick in the 2015 WNBA Draft. The Lynx. Up to this point, her WNBA career has spanned 55 games and had a career high of 22 points and 11 rebounds last July in a game vs. the Dallas Wings.

Henry-Morello averaged nearly five points during her career with the Dream and is going back to the team where she began her WNBA career before 2012.

She is a physical post player who consistently battles on the glass and can thrive in our up-tempo offensive system. She plays with a high motor while giving us another exciting, young player heading into the 2017 season.

–Curt Miller, Sun head coach and general manager on Gray

Aneika has always shown that she is a tough defensive center and she will pay big dividends for us this year as we set out to win a championship.

–Michael Cooper, Dream head coach
