A cavalcade of New York notables were on hand at the Cipriani Wall Street for the 22nd annual Muscular Dystrophy Association New York Muscle Team gala in Lower Manhattan.

Among those who ‘showed up’ was the New York Liberty’s very own Sugar Rodgers.

Paul Darrah, Google’s director of real estate, was the muscle team coach and the Russ Salzberg Champion of Hope Award was bestowed upon the Hamad family who lost three sons to Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Richard Heller, president of Titanium Scaffold Services received the Jerry Lewis Champion of Spirit Award. ‘Dream Big’ served as the theme.
