With us now being in November, we are full out into the holiday season, but in the City of Angels on Saturday, the bells that filled the air were not necessarily jingle bells.
Those were the sounds of wedding bells that filled the air in Los Angeles this past weekend as the Sparks’ Chelsea Gray got married to her girlfriend at the Bel Air Bay Club.
Gray got married to Tipesa Mercedes Moorer who played forward for the women’s hoops team at Cal State-Long Beach. Among those on hand for the festivities were current Sparks teammate Candace Parker and former LA teammate Jantel Lavender, now with the Chicago Sky.
The couple first announced its engagement in summer of 2018.
