It is only appropriate that the 2020 virtual rendition of the ESPNW NYC summit will feature the woman poised to take over New York sports.
Like seemingly everything these days, everything is going virtual – including the summit itself. That summit will include 2020 first overall WNBA draft pick of the New York Liberty and former Oregon women’s hoops star Sabrina Ionescu.
She and ESPN’s Hannah Storm will take part in a keynote conversation as part of the summit that will occur on May 28 from 2-5:30 p.m.
The list of speakers for this year’s virtual summit also includes ESPN personalities Sarah Spain, Julie Foudy, Katie Nolan, Mina Kimes and Elle Duncan.
In addition, the University of Oregon announced Ionescu would be the commencement speaker for its 2020 graduation – one that will be conducted via webcast.
