In one season fresh out of South Carolina, the Las Vegas Aces’ A’ja Wilson is establishing herself as one of the future faces of the WNBA’s future.
That is something she is setting up for herself both on the court and off of it as well.
As this year’s NBA season tips off, Mountain Dew announced that the reigning Rookie of the Year will be one of its featured athletes for its Mountain Dew Ice roster. Wilson is the only WNBA player featured along with its incumbent cast.
I’m really excited to team up with MTN Dew Ice as the first ever WNBA player to join the Dew roster of athletes.

Dew is a brand that I love because of its dedication to bringing fans closer to the game and the lifestyle – and because they know how to have fun.

This year, Dew has made some incredible additions to an already awesome roster of basketball stars – and we’re especially stoked to welcome our first WNBA player to the family.

Along with Wilson, this year’s roster includes established NBA stars such as Russell Westbrook, Joel Embiid, and Bradley Beal along with a rookie class that includes Marvin Bagley Jr., Collin Sexton, and Kevin Knox.
