The Los Angeles Sparks’ Candace Parker, along with her ex-husband – Shelden Williams – have listed their LA-area home on the market for said cool $4.39 million. Initially, according to a report out of Realtor.com, the crib was originally put on the market for over $4.4 million over the summer.
One of the features of the Southern California listing – which could make it a hot ticket among the many members of the upper-crust who call SoCali home – are the four fireplaces throughout. One of those fireplaces is located in one of the bedrooms, per Realtor.com. The property overall is on a 1.3 acre lot and covers over 7,000 square feet.
Parker had originally tied the knot with Williams in 2008 prior to divorce proceedings starting to take place in 2016.
