As is standard with these celebrity All-Star contests, there are those that look like they belong on a basketball court, those that do not look like they belong on a basketball court – and then there are those that sometimes surprise us with their shooting, passing, and ball-handling skills.
When this year’s All-Star Celebs contest was in the books, Team Home, coached by the Carolinas’ very own Dawn Staley, were victorious over Sue Bird’s Team Away with the final being 82-80 from Charlotte.

Given the comeback Team Away made, Staley’s team needed all 82 of those points to pull it out – including A’ja Wilson, who contributed 11 points in front of her home region’s fans.

Comedian Famous Los was one of the show stealers as his 22 points – plus many more laughs – was enough to come away with MVP recognition.

Last year’s MVP, Quavo, put in 27 points (27) plus nine rebounds (nine). The 27 led all scorers (game-high!). As for Ray Allen, he scored 24 points, but surprisingly went zero-for-eight from three-point range.

If Jesus Shuttlesworth is looking at re-discovering his three-point shot, he may want to get some pointers from Allie Quigley or Kristi Toliver.
