Remember when we at Beyond The W said that the WNBA belongs everywhere – including at our airports?
Apparently, the fine folks at the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority got the message.

Fly Washington is an official publication of the authority, which is the agency behind two of the DMV’s three area airports – Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (which borders D.C. proper) and Washington Dulles International Airport (in Loudoun County, Virginia).
The magazine released two copies of its Spring 2020 edition with two different covers honoring the Nation’s Capital’s status as the District of Champions. One of them has reigning WNBA MVP herself Elena Delle Donne on the front cover, meaning you will see EDD on a magazine cover if you are flying in or out of the DMV.
Trea Turner of the defending MLB World Series champion Washington Nationals is on the other cover.
In addition to the magazine being available at either Reagan National or Dulles, it can be seen here.
