Arizona has many mountains. If there were a Mount Rushmore of Arizona sports legends, one of those faces would be Diana Taurasi.
Another would be Larry Fitzgerald, longtime NFL wide receiver with the Arizona Cardinals.
Taurasi and Fitzgerald now have something in common – they are on the same team as the future Pro Football Hall of Famer now owns a minority in the ownership group of the Phoenix Mercury and Suns.

Arizona Sports 98.7 reports Fitzgerald will be an advisor to Mercury and Suns players. While his primary focus this NFL offseason will be preparing for the 2020 Cardinals season, it is reported that Mercury and Suns owner Robert Sarver approached him two years ago about getting into basketball business.
