As everyone knows, Keia Clarke is a trailblazing and powerful Black woman who wears many hats outside of being CEO of the New York Liberty.
One of those is being part of the WNBA/WNBPA’s Social Justice Council and recently, Clarke added yet another bullet point to her already extensive executive resume.

We can’t wait to learn and work with a thought leader like @KeiaClarke on the Women’s Leadership Board. A big year is ahead of us!

Clarke was named as an inaugural member of the Women’s Leadership Board at Sports Innovation Lab. She was the Lib’s Chief Operating Officer for 10 years prior to becoming the franchise’s CEO.
Also among the women named to the inaugural Board include Val Ackerman – currently the commissioner of the Big East Conference and the first president of the WNBA.
Also included are Melissa Brenner (Executive Vice President of Digital Media at the NBA), Kathy Carter (CRO of LA28), Laura Gentile (Senior Vice President of Marketing & Social Media of ESPN, ESPNW founder) and Stephanie McMahon, WWE’s Chief Brand Officer.
The remarkable thing about the Women’s Leadership Board is that it convenes a group of impressive women to solve the issues that influence women in sports.
