That moment when your college career is soon to come to a close and you step into the professional glitz and glamour that IS the WNBA.
For 36 young women, that dream will become a reality with the Draft emanating from the Samsung 837 in New York City on Thursday April 13 on ESPN2 and ESPNU.
And in addition to that, that also means several players signing with agencies. There are some signings that have become known to women’s hoops fans since the conclusion of the NCAA tournament.
Starting with projected number one overall pick Kelsey Plum out of Washington. Plum inked a deal where she will be represented by Wasserman and Lindsay Kagawa Colas, who is the agency’s senior vice president of women and Olympics.
