Black Enterprise has revealed its list of the Most Powerful Women in Business—and WNBA President Lisa Borders is on that list.
It is no surprise Borders would make the cut. She has been a notable figure in the realm of powerful African-American women since her days at Coca-Cola as well as within Atlanta’s municipal government. And, of course, within WNBA circles, she was instrumental as to why the Dream currently exist.
Of course, Borders is among some rather notable company. Also included in Black Enterprise’s list is Beyonce, Oprah Winfrey, Shonda Rhimes, Sheila Johnson, and Cathy Hughes.
