The #PapaJohnsIsOverParty is in full force…and a WNBA team that, up until recently, had a relationship with said Papa now appears to want its invitation.
In a statement, the Minnesota Lynx announced that they are putting their partnership with Papa John’s on hold. John Schnatter recently announced his resignation as the company’s chairman after his admission he used the n-word in a meeting with a public relations outlet.

A slew of sports teams have entirely cut ties with Papa John’s after said revelations involving its now former chairman. Among those were the Minnesota Twins, Atlanta Falcons, and Atlanta United.
The University of Louisville also removed its name from its Cardinals Stadium.
