The Georgia Sports Hall of Fame knows greatness when it sees it.
Maya Moore has not played basketball in two years but is still receiving her much-deserved kudos for her accomplishments. According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Moore has been selected as one of several inductees into the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame.

Before she made the big time in the WNBA, she was a standout at Collins Hill High School in Gwinnett County.
She eventually took her talents to UConn and then to the Minnesota Lynx. As the old saying goes … the rest is history.
