In this latest episode, Chiney talks about the origins of #NerdCity aka the student-athlete population at her alma mater, Stanford University. A school that has a reputation for academic excellence, many find it surprising that their athletic program is also excellent as well. She also talks about how student-athlete pride grew, turning into #NerdNation, and the inspiration behind the infamous “N-E-R-D-S (“NerdAnthem”) rap song that has gone viral with over 80,000 views.
