On January 18, the Memphis Grizzlies will host the Phoenix Suns at FedEx Forum for its annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration Game – the 19th in Grizzlies history.
During the game, the Grizzlies will present three icons from the basketball realm with the National Civil Rights Museum Sports Legacy Award. One of those icons is one of the biggest names in the WNBA family.

Nneka Ogwumike, WNBA champion with the Los Angeles Sparks and current president of the WNBPA, was announced as one of the honorees.
The other two honorees are Kenny “The Jet” Smith, currently one of the most well-known personalities from the NBA on TNT and Inside the NBA, and Ray Allen, another NBA great most known for his days with the Seattle Sonics, Boston Celtics and the Miami Heat.
