While we give queens like Chiney Ogwumike her flowers for making waves as a media personality in addition to her WNBA career, the Atlanta Dream’s Renee Montgomery is becoming a force in front of the camera as much as she is on the court.
She decided to sit out the 2020 WNBA season at the wubble in Florida to bring more attention to social justice matters. Prior to this, she was an analyst for College Park Skyhawks games on Peachtree TV in the ATL. The Skyhawks and Dream share the same home venue – Gateway Center Arena in College Park.
Now, she is taking her talents as a media maven to the next level with the debut of her “WNBA Weekly” show on NBA TV.
