It is more than well-documented at this point how much of a sports power couple Sue Bird and Megan Rapinoe are. Not only are both (still) great at their respective sports, but they are also unapologetic Black Lives Matter allies and staunch supporters of the struggle for social justice.
Their story has now been excellently featured by GQ Magazine as part of its March “Modern Lovers” issue. GQ has released three covers – one with Bird and Rapinoe, one with Ciara and Russell Wilson and a third with Naomi Osaka and Cordae.
