Looks like Swin and Brittney weren’t the only ones walking down the aisle lately!
Huge congratulations are in order to Lynx’s Seimone Agusutus, who married her long time fiance, LaTaya Varner. The very intimate ceremony took place in Maui, Hawaii on a cliff overlooking the ocean (*swoon*). According to Jeff Truesdell of People Magazine:
Their intimate, traditional Hawaiian wedding ceremony – attended by just 15 guests, with an exchange of leis, a hula performance during dinner, and a fire-and-knife show during dessert – was a dream come true for the couple, and also a nod to Varner’s roots; her mother is Native American and Hawaiian.
The outdoor event at the Montage Kapalua Bay resort in Maui was decorated in white orchids, roses, peonies and hydrangeas, followed by dinner and a red velvet cake dessert featuring more white orchids cascading down its two tiers.
The newlyweds have been engaged since 2010, after the 2X champion proposed to the aspiring actress on a Miami Beach. We wish the beautiful pair a lifetime of success, bliss, and blessings!! #BlackLoveLives
