The Los Angeles Sparks’ Nneka Ogwumike has established herself as one of the premier faces both domestically and internationally for women’s basketball. Up until last season, something was missing from Ogwumike’s already illustrious career.
A WNBA championship.
Uninterrupted, a rising sports video media outlet which has featured profiles on athletes such as LeBron James, DeSean Jackson, and Draymond Green, featured the elder Ogwumike sister for its latest piece.
It chronicles various aspects of her life and her career—including her Nigerian roots, her and her sister Chiney playing collegiate ball at Stanford, playing overseas, and Magic Johnson played an integral role in inspiring the Sparks prior to Game 5 of last year’s WNBA Finals after defeat in Game 4.
Included are interviews with both Ogwumike sisters as well as Magic himself.

–Magic Johnson

–Chiney Ogwumike
I think my driving motivation to be great is to share greatness. You can’t do it by yourself. This journey, not just as a professional athlete, but in life, you have to be able to touch as many people as you can.
