In previous seasons, part of the WNBA’s efforts to broaden its reach have included the livestreaming of select games via Twitter – in addition to its existing partnerships with the ESPN/ABC family of networks, CBS Sports Network and NBA TV, of course.
Even with this season being secluded in the Florida wubble of the Tampa-St. Petersburg suburbs, that part of its outreach campaign is no different as the W announced this week that 10 of its remaining regular season games will be livestreamed via Twitter.
Even better – we get LaChina Robinson and Ros Gold-Onwude on the call!
