The deals just keep on coming.
In the WNBA, free agency does not stop simply because it weaves it way into the weekend. The Las Vegas Aces made the first big signing of the free agency period by landing Angel McCoughtry, then one of the former “Lady Aces” in Sydney Colson signed a new deal with the Chicago Sky.
Dan Padover was nowhere near done as evidenced by the latest Aces signing – Danielle Robinson, formerly of the Minnesota Lynx.

Robinson is familiar with the Aces franchise as she previously played for the team when it was in San Antonio as the (Silver) Stars.
The name Shekinna Stricklen has come up on many occasions since the Sun acquired DeWanna Bonner in a trade with the Phoenix Mercury that sent draft picks to Phoenix. With Bonner on their team, would there be any room for the Sun’s sharpshooter?
Chris Sienko, general manager for the Atlanta Dream, apparently thought there was plenty of room for Stricklen in College Park.
We got Strick!
Welcome to the Dream, @strick40 👏

Stricklen’s deal is multi-year. She is the third notable signing the Dream have made along with Kalani Brown (formerly of the Los Angeles Sparks) and Glory Johnson (formerly of the Dallas Wings).
