VOTE.
It is not every day when you see whole teams endorse candidates for political office. Team owners will donate money to candidates (as the Washington Mystics’ Ted Leonsis has done for Democrats and the Atlanta Dream’s Kelly Loeffler has done for Republicans) – and those are endorsements by proxy – but this is rare.
Fresh of winning the franchise’s fourth championship, the Seattle Storm are hoping American voters can deliver another victory for the United States with the endorsement of the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris ticket.
Join us in support of @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris.

I’m honored to join my @SeattleStorm co-owners, @lisabrummel & @dawntru to endorse the @JoeBiden & @KamalaHarris ticket for President. We don’t typically endorse candidates, but these are NOT typical times. #Force4Change https://t.co/waOa80FY7r

There is no doubt who we support in this election. For ourselves. For our family and friends. For our business. For our country. For our future. Vote for Biden/Harris. #force4change @seattlestorm pic.twitter.com/QaZyWushHu

The Storm taking an unapologetic stance in favor of the Biden-Harris campaign should not be a surprise to anyone who knows the team. After all, the Storm, 2017, received attention for its support of Planned Parenthood – including holding a rally outside the old KeyArena prior to a game with the Chicago Sky.
JHK Forecasts has Biden the clear favorite in Washington state.
