Renee Montgomery, Candace Parker and Chiney Ogwumike are just a few of our biggest and brightest from the WNBA that have crossed over into the media ranks in simply the last few months.

Today, that space got a bit bigger, but this time, on the northern end of the Canada-United States border.

Kia Nurse, rising New York Liberty star and notable of the Canadian women’s basketball ranks, has been announced as an analyst for basketball coverage on TSN. She will be seen on TSN’s WNBA playoffs coverage as well as its NBA coverage.

Nurse previously appeared on TSN for its coverage of NCAA March Madness.

I’m excited to join the amazing team at TSN and look forward to expanding my experience as a broadcaster.
