Typically, when we think of high-ranking executives within the Washington Mystics or Monumental Sports and Entertainment, we typically think of either Ted Leonsis or Mike Thibault. The name Raul Fernandez is not mentioned much, but he was recently part of a major transaction himself.

According to The Real Deal, a company Fernandez manages sold his condominium on Fisher Island for almost $6 million.

The property is listed at 7600 Fisher Island Drive and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The sale price turned out to be a slight decrease from what it was bought for in 2005, according to the report.

Fernandez is the vice chairman and owner of Monumental Sports and Entertainment – the entity that owns the Washington Mystics along with the Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals. He is also a partner in General Atlantic Partners.
